Andrew is a partner at ALG. He has a broad commercial litigation practice that includes corporate disputes, restructuring and insolvency litigation, shareholder and oppression issues, and defamation.
Andrew has significant courtroom experience. He conducted dozens of trials as a crimi-nal prosecutor. He has expertise in fraud, white-collar/corporate crime, and injunctions. General counsel of large institutions rely on Andrew to handle their most sensitive crises.
Andrew is ranked by Lexpert for corporate commercial litigation, is named by Benchmark Litigation as a Future Star, and is included in Benchmark’s “40 & Under List”. He was awarded Prosecutor of the Year by the International Association of Financial Crimes Inves-tigators. Andrew teaches trial advocacy at Osgoode’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop. He was elected to the Ontario Bar Association’s Civil Litigation executive and was past member of The Advocates’ Society Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Andrew clerked for the judges of the Ontario Superior Court, focusing on the Commer-cial List and class actions. He earned his law degree and an M. A. in philosophy from the University of Toronto.
