Josh has acted as counsel in leading and supporting roles on numerous court and arbitration proceedings involving construction and infrastructure disputes with claim values ranging up to and in excess of $1 billion. He is well-versed in alternative dispute resolution processes and is regarded for developing creative solutions to help clients achieve negotiated settlements without incurring the significant expense of litigation or arbitration.

Josh’s practice is multifaceted. He represents claimants and defendants in a wide range of construction and infrastructure disputes in court, arbitration, and adjudication.
