Greenberg Traurig has hired a new shareholder in Philadelphia.
A. Michael Pratt joins from Pepper Hamilton where he was a partner. Pratt has experience in complex commercial litigation, product liability, and financial service, pharmaceutical and medical device to governmental matters.
The hiring of Pratt further increases the 50-attorney Philadelphia office.
