One highlight during the research period was the firm acting for domestic online fashion retailer AboutYou in a cross-border payment claim matter. Httpool Cambodia also enlisted the firm for assistance in debt collection. On the IP side, the team assisted Jaspal Company on the enforcement against counterfeit products and it represented Off-White in an opposition against an infringing logo. It successfully submitted an opposition to the National Office of Intellectual Property for client Japanese cosmetics giant Kose Corporation after the authority disapproved of a trade mark registration.
