Amy is a civil and commercial litigation partner in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell. Amy acts for clients in complex business and commercial disputes in a broad range of industries. Her practice areas include pension litigation, commercial disputes, defamation, class actions, product liability, and real estate disputes. Amy also provides advice to health colleges and has acted as independent counsel for panel members in professional discipline hearings.
Amy has appeared as counsel in all levels of court in British Columbia and administrative tribunals and other bodies. She also resolves matters using alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
