Dan Hettich focuses his career on assisting hospitals and health systems across the country with complex, multimillion-dollar Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues. As a partner in the Healthcare practice, Dan advocates his clients’ interests before the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Congress and federal courts, and assists his clients in dealing with fraud and abuse concerns.
Mr. Hettich has been the Vice Chair of the American Health Lawyers Association’s Regulation, Accreditation and Payment practice group since 2013. He is also a frequent speaker at the AHLA’s annual Institute on Medicare and Medicaid Payment, as well as a speaker and presenter for the AHLA’s Annual Meeting, the American Bar Association Health Law Summit, and RACMonitor.
Dan was nominated to become a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation in 2017.
