Mr. Stewart studied at Brigham Young University and Duke University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Stewart was Executive Editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy and a member of the Moot Court Board. After law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lee H. Rosenthal of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Stewart is an Eagle Scout and speaks fluent Spanish.
