For over 15 years Raphaël has represented a variety of clients, including several large companies and municipalities before courts and administrative tribunals at all levels. He has conducted several long-term trials and is thus very familiar with managing voluminous files. He is a well-recognized and prolific author and lecturer, particularly on issues related to abuse of process. His texts are frequently cited by the courts. Raphaël also has extensive experience in representing municipalities in the context of collusion schemes.
He joined IMK in 2015 after practicing for 15 years with a national firm, where he developed an important practice in commercial law, administrative law and class actions. He has a Master’s degree in administrative law and has taught this subject at the Quebec Bar School.
He has been ranked as a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation in the practice areas of administrative law and commercial litigation since 2017.
