For more than three decades, Stephanie Resnick has been blazing a trail for women to take leadership roles in the practice of law, both within her firm and in the larger legal community. Stephanie is Managing Partner of Fox’s Philadelphia office, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and the former Chair of its firmwide Litigation Department. A senior trial lawyer, she is Chair of the Directors’ & Officers’ Liability & Corporate Governance practice group.

In 2019, Stephanie received the Lifetime Achievement Award in The Legal Intelligencer’s Professional Excellence Awards. She is also a recipient of the Sandra Day O’Connor Award, presented by the Philadelphia Bar Association to a woman attorney who has achieved the highest degree of professional excellence and has used her stature in the community to mentor, promote and advance other women lawyers.
A leader in the Philadelphia Bar Association, Stephanie was Chair of the Association’s Board of Governors (2008-09); Chair of the Federal Courts Committee (2004); and Chair of the Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention (1997). Among her appointed positions, Stephanie served as the Third Circuit Representative to the ABA Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary, which evaluates candidates for the federal judiciary at every level.
