Tina is a partner at Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP. She has a broad civil litigation practice, with expertise in commercial litigation, employment law and administrative law. Tina is a problem solver. She assists clients in finding effective and practical solutions in a wide range of matters, from wrongful dismissal files to academic discipline cases to complex commercial disputes.
Tina has represented clients at numerous administrative tribunals and before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. She also has experience with public inquiries and independent reviews, having worked as a staff lawyer on the Inquiry into Pediatric Forensic Pathology in Ontario and served as counsel to the Honourable Susan Lang on the Motherisk Hair Analysis Independent Review.
Tina is a regular contributor in continuing professional development programs, including at the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates’ Society. She is also a member of the faculty of the Philippe Kirsch Institute and was recently recognized as a 2019 Zenith Award winner celebrating Change Agents in Law.
Tina obtained her B.C.L. / LL.B. degrees from McGill University and her B. Arts. Sc. degree from McMaster University. Prior to her call to the bar in 2007, Tina clerked for the Justices of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She is also a member of the New York State Bar.
