Jun Hee Kim joins Arnold & Porter’s Seoul office from White & Case who is also the former general counsel and executive vice president of Hyundai Heavy Industries.
Kim advises on disputes relating to technology, intellectual property, infrastructure, construction, M&A transactions and joint ventures. Having handled nearly 60 cross-border arbitrations, he serves as a member on the Korean Government’s Arbitration Promotion Advisory Panel, the SIAC’s user council and also serves as a council member of the HKIAC.
Kim adds to the newly opened Seoul office which houses the likes of James Lee and KS Kim. The office handles matters relating to cross-border intellectual property, M&A, export control, US litigation, antitrust, international arbitration, and international trade.
