We are pleased to announce that the 2026 edition of Top 100 Women in Litigation is officially live.
The extensive research process used in the creation of Benchmark’s definitive analysis involves months of investigation into individual litigators’ professional activities as well as client feedback surveys and one-on-one interviews.
These individuals have earned their place by participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history as well as by earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients.
Though they hail from widely different practice areas and parts of the country, they all share the distinction of being recognized as top players in their respective fields.
You can find out more about the key trends in the 2026 rankings next week when we will publish a deep-dive editorial analysis on the firms and individuals shaping the market.
As a sneak preview, we can reveal that there were 11 additions this year, six of whom debuted not only on the Top 100 but also as litigation stars more broadly. In addition, 11 of the Top 100 appeared on the Top 50 Trial Lawyers in Canada list in the 2026 master edition of Benchmark Canada, which launched in May.
For now, you can enjoy reading about this year's honorees here:
