The firm’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution team is supported by 19 partners and over 100 lawyers. Bryan Dunne heads the commercial litigation department. Key names across the firm’s dispute resolution team include Sharon Daly, Nicola Dunleavy and Michael Byrne.
Matheson regularly represent clients in the financial institutions sector in Ireland and internationally. The firm advised Sky Ireland in a statutory appeal against the Commission for Communications Regulation.
The healthcare group at Matheson has three partners and eight lawyers dedicated to its cases and is headed by Rebecca Ryan.
