In the insolvency space the firm has acted for Lena Group, Banco Santander and Oxy capital on various disputes. In intellectual property, the firm advised Renova, a Portuguese paper consumption company, on matters relating to trade marks and designs.
In the white-collar crime area the firm represented Transportes Aéreos Portugueses in a criminal defence proceeding.
