Partner and Regional Manager of BLG’s Labour and Employment Group. Her practice spans all areas of labour and employment law, focusing on defending the interests of both unionized and non-unionized employers. She advises employers in connection with all areas of human resources management including: labour relations, individual and collective terminations and human rights. She also has extensive experience with investigations into workplace harassment. Acts as a strategic advisor in cases connected with prevention, planning and management of both individual and collective labour relations and human resources.
Recognized since the 2019 edition of Benchmark Litigation Canada - Canada's Leading Litigation Law Firms and Attorneys as a Future Star as well as in the 2020 and 2021 editions of the Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under List. Chair of the Canadian Bar Association – Québec Branch, Labour and Employment Law Section. Member of the Mediation and Arbitration Institute of Québec and the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers.
Graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Université de Montréal in 2004 and completed her Québec Bar articling period in 2009 with the International Labour Standards Department of the International Labour Office in Geneva.
