Megan O’Neill, the partner who heads Willenken Wilson Loh & Delgado LLP’s San Francisco office, is a seasoned litigator and trial lawyer with over a decade of experience representing numerous global corporations and service providers in the fields of technology, oil and gas, energy, consumer packaged goods, retail, insurance and media.
Before joining Willenken in 2016, Megan practiced at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP for 12 years. She has scaled and managed teams to drive multiple jury verdicts and settlements and represented the NFL, the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, DIRECTV, IBM, Time, Inc., Home Depot, Occidental Petroleum, and many Fortune 500 companies in litigation, mediation and arbitration. Megan also drove the settlement of thousands of claims as one of the lead counsel representing a utility company in connection with multi-billion dollar claims arising from one of the largest wildfires in California history.
Megan focuses exclusively on complex commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on consumer class actions and intellectual property, and has handled a wide variety of matters ranging from employment disputes to mass torts. Megan’s recent victories include securing summary judgment for NBTY and Costco in a significant consumer class action case alleging false advertising, Korolshteyn v. Costco Wholesale Corp., et al, Case No. 15-CV-00709 (S.D. Cal).
