- Successfully challenged a request securing the dismissal of a motion for a provisional interlocutory injunction against an ex-employee, and the company for which he works.
- Participated in securing a class action judgment against a semi-public agency acting as a pension manager to pay considerable damages to several pensioners following the dissemination of misleading information.
- Represented a spectrum of professionals (accountants, architects, and others) having several professional liability claims against them dismissed and continue to do so on a regular basis.
