Mr. Sun Wei is qualified to practice law in the Chinese mainland and the New York State, and has been practicing arbitration, litigation and civil enforcement on construction, energy, finance and corporate equity disputes over the years. He excels at sorting through intricate facts, quickly grasping key issues and assisting clients in sketching out comprehensive and effective legal solutions.
Mr. Sun possesses extensive experience in international arbitration and litigation. He has assisted clients in many significant and complicated commercial dispute cases, covering jurisdictions such as the U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Qatar, Argentina and Ghana. He is frequently appointed as arbitrator in Chinese and international arbitration cases.
In addition to the above, Mr. Sun is Representative of China to UNCITRAL Working Group II, Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Adjunct Professor of Law at China University of Political Science and Law, Chief Editor of China Construction Law Review and Secretary-General of the Permanent Forum of China Construction Law. He is also a prolific writer and has published many books and articles in Chinese and English languages in his field of expertise.
