Alexander is a Partner with Dentons Rodyk’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practices.
He regularly appears in the Singapore courts, handling a variety of complex commercial matters including shareholder, banking, insolvency, fraud and real estate disputes. These include landmark cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
Alexander is experienced with multi-jurisdictional disputes and has acted for state-owned entities and other clients in international commercial arbitrations. These include energy, oil and gas and investment disputes under the auspices of the ICC, SIAC and other institutions.
He advises banks and financial institutions on regulatory, investigations, sanctions, enforcement, litigation and other matters. He also acts for start-ups, VCs and funds on investor, founder, shareholder and employment disputes.
Alexander was featured in Asian Legal Business’ inaugural Singapore Rising Stars 2022 list.
He regularly writes on corporate, banking and insolvency matters. Publications include the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act Compendium, LexisNexis’ Annotated Laws of Singapore, and The Banking Litigation Law Review.
