Biography
Ali Vissichelli is a partner in Axinn’s Antitrust group. She has experience in civil, multidistrict, and criminal antitrust litigation, as well as complex investigations. She has worked with clients in a range of industries, including financial services and products, technology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, automobiles, food services, and chemicals.
In addition to her litigation and investigation work, Ali has represented clients in merger clearances and compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. She has also developed antitrust compliance programs and risk assessments, specifically for clients in the technology and pharmaceutical industries.

Recent matter/case highlights
- Representing Google in antitrust cases involving its advertising technology business brought by the United States Department of Justice, various State Attorneys General, and class and direct-action plaintiffs in federal courts in Virginia, Texas, and New York, including serving on the trial team for the DOJ case. The representation also includes support for U.S. coordination efforts related to proceedings in Canada.
- Defending Tyson Foods in multiple major treble-damages class actions and direct actions alleging industry-wide conspiracies to raise the prices of pork and turkey. The representation also includes assisting Tyson in connection with the FTC’s Section 6(b) investigation into supply-chain disruptions in consumer goods.
- Advised a global online marketplace on antitrust considerations relating to a pricing tool, including strategic counseling on the design and implementation of the tool to ensure compliance with U.S. antitrust laws.
