Anna Marrison

Anna Marrison advocates for healthcare clients and their staff in complex medical negligence claims and administrative law matters. Anna has acted as lead counsel before all levels of courts in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as appearing before administrative tribunals, including public hospital boards, Coroner’s Inquests, and the Health Professionals Appeal and Review Board. Anna also provides advice on a wide range of health law-related issues, including professional staff credentialing, uninsured health services, disclosure obligations, the release of personal health information to third parties, regulatory college proceedings, and virtual care. Anna obtained an LLB from the University of Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003. Anna also serves as the National Leader for the National Pro Bono Committee at BLG.
