- Brian also represents a whistleblower in an ongoing matter under seal involving a government contractor alleged to have misrepresented its cybersecurity credentials, leading to the exposure of controlled unclassified information and other sensitive Department of Defense information. The matter is valued at more than USD 100 million.
- Brian represents an ongoing whistleblower in a tax fraud matter filed with the IRS Whistleblower Program. The case is valued in excess of USD 200 million.
