Camille is a commercial and real estate litigator, representing clients in breach of contract and negligence claims, corporate governance disputes, and other shareholder and corporate conflicts. She also advises on a range of real estate-related matters, including commercial lease disputes, claims involving real estate transactions, and issues under the Strata Property Act.
Camille has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and regularly acts for clients in commercial arbitrations, as well as in negotiation and mediation proceedings.

Successfully acted as Counsel to CCM Investment Group in a petition proceeding under the Business Corporations Act concerning the validity of a proxy revocation and voting rights at its annual general meeting.
- Acted for Freedom Mobile in successfully obtaining a stay of proceedings under s. 7 of the Arbitration Act on the basis that the plaintiffs’ claims were subject to a mandatory arbitration clause in its terms of service.
