Changbin Chen

Mr. Chen Changbin worked in areas of higher education, real estate, and then finance before joining DeHeng. He has years of experience in law teaching, legislative research and legal practice, especially in dispute resolution, with extensive experience in this field. Chen has successively served as a retained legal counsel for the Ministry of Finance, the National Health Commission, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the National Council for Social Security Fund, the State Development & Investment Corporation, China Mobile Communications Co., Ltd., China Ordins Group, China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd., China Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd., Jilin Branch of China Development Bank, and Aisino Corporation.
