Claudia Pak is a skilled civil litigator and counselor with a diverse practice representing clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. She has extensive experience handling advertising, antitrust, business tort and securities litigation matters, as well as significant appellate work.
Her practice covers all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, preparing discovery motions, drafting trial and appellate briefs, preparing jury instructions, taking and defending depositions, and enforcing and defending judgments. Claudia has also participated in multiple trial teams and assisted with all aspects of trial preparation.
