Daniel’s broad litigation practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and public law matters. He has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration and has regularly appeared before all levels of court in Québec, the federal courts of Canada, administrative and arbitration tribunals, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada.
He represents private and public sector clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, technology, maritime transportation, telecommunications and real estate.
Daniel regularly gives conferences on a variety of topics, including trial and appellate advocacy. He is an active member of The Advocates’ Society Mid-Career Advocates’ Standing Committee and was a lecturer at the Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Law for several years. Before joining the firm, Daniel was counsel for the federal Department of Justice.
