David’s practice covers all areas of civil and commercial litigation, with special emphasis on real estate law, contractual disputes, and construction litigation. Over the years, he has also developed a specialization in property law, as well as in estate law.
His clientele is diverse, and includes companies in the public and private sectors, but also individuals. David has represented landlords, general contractors, government bodies and municipalities in a variety of complex commercial disputes before all level of Quebec Courts.
In 2020, he was named Lawyer of the Year in the Civil and Commercial Litigation category by the Young Bar of Montreal. He is recognized by Benchmark Litigation as a Future Star and named in their 40 & Under List. David is also recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada™ 2022 for work in corporate and commercial Litigation. He began his legal career at IMK in 2010.
