David LeGeyt, partner at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP, is the leader of the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency group and a senior commercial litigator with deep experience in complex insolvency proceedings and related disputes. His practice focuses on all aspects of restructurings, receiverships, and insolvency‑related litigation, acting for institutional lenders, debtors, trustees, receivers, shareholders, directors, creditors’ committees, DIP lenders, and purchasers.
