Gabrielle Kramer is a partner in BLG’s Toronto office and the Regional Leader of the firm’s Environmental Group. Her practice focuses on environmental risk management and environmental litigation, advising public‑ and private‑sector clients on complex environmental claims, regulatory proceedings, and new and historic contamination issues, as well as on environmental aspects of transactions. Gabrielle also advises on related insurance, municipal, expropriation and real estate matters and regularly represents clients before the Ontario Land Tribunal. She has extensive appellate experience and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada, and serves clients in both English and French.
Gabrielle is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Environmental Law and Municipal Law Sections and The Advocates’ Society. She is the past-president of the Ontario Expropriation Association.
Gabrielle was called to the Ontario Bar in 1992.
