His high-profile successes include winning an $812 million jury award for investors of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, developing the class action that resulted in the largest antitrust recovery without a government investigation, winning a novel government contracting case enforcing the commercial item preference rule for the first time, and leading the firm’s efforts on behalf of Barclays in matters relating to the Lehman Brothers collapse.
