Israel is Partner and Head of the Litigation Department. He has over 15 years’ experience and focuses on handling and supervising intellectual property, civil, commercial and criminal issues, at all procedural stages from the injunction to the Constitutional Appeal. Israel has vast experience in matters related to damages derived from the infringement of IP rights, whereby a precedent was set by the Mexican Supreme Court due to a case handled by Israel. Likewise, Israel is experienced in anticounterfeiting matters, achieving the destruction of infringing products. Israel is an active member of AMPPI (Mexican Chapter of AIPPI), INTA, ABPI, UIA, BMA (Mexican Bar Association) and ANADE (National Association of Company Attorneys).
