Jennifer is ranked in the IAM Patent 1000, Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America and Global IP Lawyers, Chambers USA, and The Legal 500, and named among Managing IP's IP Stars and Top 250 Women in IP in 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Benchmark Litigation has recognized her among its Top 250 Women in Litigation since 2024 and as a Litigation Star since 2025. In 2026, she received NYU Law's Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award. Earlier honors include the New York Law Journal's Distinguished Leader and Rising Star awards, NAPABA's Best Under 40 award, and Chambers USA's Up and Coming designation.

Jennifer maintains an active pro bono practice combatting anti-Asian violence, co-authoring AABANY's two reports on the subject and representing the families of nearly every person killed in anti-Asian attacks in New York City over the past four years. In 2023, she testified before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights at its first hearing on anti-Asian racism in 30 years, earning NAPABA's Pro Bono Service Award and Corporate Counsel's Ally of the Year Award.
