Biography

Jenny handles all aspects of patent litigation for her clients, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, including in trials before various federal district courts and the International Trade Commission, appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Most recently, Jenny was recognized for her trial work and named to Lawdragon’s 2025 500 Leading Litigators in America list.

Jenny’s litigation experience extends across a wide variety of technical areas, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, mobile phone operating systems and software, online content management, web services, GPS devices, LEDs, digital imaging, wearable fitness, computer animation, and financial services. She has also supervised multiple high-stakes investigations and advised on licensing and contract disputes.

Jenny clerked for now-Chief Judge Kimberly A. Moore at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. During law school, she was a member of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and an Arthur Littleton and H. Clayton Louderback Legal Writing Instructor.

Jenny currently chairs the Diversity Committee of the Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA), and has held leadership roles in several other committees across the FCBA, Sedona Conference, and the Asian American Bar Association of New York. She received the FCBA’s George Hutchinson Committee Award recognizing exemplary committee leadership in 2018 and 2019. In addition, she has presented on a number of topics, including best trial practices, comparative patent damages (U.S. vs. China), Section 112, claim construction, and diversity.

Jenny has maintained an active pro bono practice, representing clients in asylum and immigration matters, criminal appeals, voting rights matters, and advocacy work for racially motivated violence against Asian Americans. She was awarded the Legal Aid Society’s Pro Bono Publico Award for outstanding individual contribution in 2016.
