Mr. He has nearly 30 years’ experience in handling IP litigation, antitrust, policy advocacy and compliance matters. He successfully guided clients on many complex China legal matters, including FRAND rate setting, injunctive relief in patent litigations, bad faith trademark litigations, major licensing transactions in semiconductor and wireless communications.
I guided a major research institute in China in concluding an unprecedented settlement with a leading semiconductor company in the world. Now I am leading our team in representing several leading semiconductor and medical device companies in various patent disputes. Another area is SEP/FRAND litigations where I am advising major patent pool administrators and patent owners in handling antitrust/FRAND rate setting claims. I also successfully participated in district court proceedings in Eastern district of Texas as well as cross-border IP related arbitration proceedings in JAMS and AAA.
