Jordan Hulecki is a Calgary-based partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP whose practice focuses on energy and utilities regulation. He advises and represents proponents, investors and utility clients on regulatory approvals, tariff and rate applications, market regulation, environmental matters and compliance issues across the energy sector. Jordan has extensive experience acting before provincial and federal energy regulators, as well as before the courts in Alberta and British Columbia, including appellate matters before the Supreme Court of Canada. His work spans a broad range of energy infrastructure and transition-related projects, including power generation, transmission and distribution, energy storage, pipelines, renewables and emerging technologies.
Jordan was called to the Alberta Bar in 2013.
