Juan Enjamio

Juan is a partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment Team resident in the Miami office. Juan represents domestic and international clients in discrimination and harassment lawsuits, wage and hour collective actions, enforcement of non-competition agreements, and unfair labor practices cases. He also counsels domestic and international clients on employment, labor and commercial issues. He has extensive experience in international litigation, complex commercial litigation, and defense of class actions. Juan is a contributing author to the firm’s Employment & Labor Perspectives blog. He lectures frequently on employment law issues, including presentations for the American Employment Law Council Conference, National Association of Securities Companies, and Spain-US Chamber of Commerce.
