Julien’s practice touches all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on real estate law, contractual disputes, and environmental litigation. He has also developed a specialisation in disciplinary law, where he has acted notably for psychologists and pharmacists against their professional order.
Because of his varied practice, his clientele is diverse, and includes corporations, professionals and individuals. He has acted for real estate companies, non-profit organizations, multinational energy companies, before all level of Quebec Courts. He also acts for professionals before their various disciplinary committees.
He has been acting as co-managing partner at IMK since 2021 and is recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada™ 2022 for work in corporate and commercial Litigation. He began his legal career at IMK in 2009.
