Kaitlyn has over ten years of experience advising clients on claims involving breach of commercial contracts, real estate, cross border issues and professional negligence. Her practice also includes shareholder, partnership and corporate control disputes. Throughout her career, Kaitlyn has appeared before administrative tribunals, the International Court of Arbitration in New York, all levels of court in British Columbia and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Kaitlyn is a former member of the Vancouver Bar Association executive and the Advocates’ Society Young Advocates Team. She regularly acts as a mentor to junior lawyers. Since joining the partnership at AMLC, she has been dedicated to creating a firm where litigators can do high quality work, while leading high quality lives.
