Karen Lent

Karen Lent is co-head of Skadden’s sports practice and head of the New York office’s antitrust/competition practice, representing a wide variety of clients in antitrust, sports and other complex litigation matters at both the trial and appellate court levels. She also provides general antitrust counseling. In Lex Machina’s Antitrust Litigation Report 2024, Ms. Lent ranked first for advising on the most defense-side U.S. antitrust cases from 2021-23. Ms. Lent serves as Associate Director of the Fordham Competition Law Institute. Ms. Lent authors a monthly column on antitrust matters for the New York Law Journal.
