Biography
Dominic focuses largely on construction and engineering disputes which include, amongst others, design and structural related matters. He has also assisted in major litigation and forensic due diligence exercises on behalf of key clients and has additional extensive experience in gaming and wagering disputes, share capital reduction, scheme of arrangements and retail banking debt recovery. He has represented clients at all levels of the judicial system in Malaysia, including the Federal Court of Malaya.
