Leslie Demers concentrates her practice on complex litigation and arbitration involving patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property litigation, as well as counseling on IP diligence, licensing, freedom to operate and protecting intellectual property rights. Ms. Demers has handled matters involving technologies across varied industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device, renewable energy, industrial machinery, semiconductor and information technology. In recognition of her work, Ms. Demers was selected for inclusion in Benchmark Litigation’s 2024 40 and Under list and named one of Best Lawyers’ Ones To Watch in America. Ms. Demers also devotes time to pro bono matters, including in conjunction with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, which provides legal aid to New York artists and inventors.
