Lili Wu focuses on providing a full array of IP services to her clients. She has extensive experience in strategically managing IP portfolios for mid- and large-sized clients to increase the value of their IP assets. Her experience spans a broad range of technology industries, including AI, electronic devices, internet, telecommunications, information technology, automobile, medical device, manufacturing, and green energy, among others. Ms. Wu also frequently counsels clients in cross-border technology transfer and trade secret matters. Ms. Wu has litigated many cases before the courts over the years, she has led the representation of clients in some court cases which have been ranked as typical cases by the Supreme People's Court and the Beijing High Court. Ms. Wu is also active in international associations, leading and participating in the study and drafting of related legal matters, and is a frequent speaker at different international conferences.
