Martin See

Martin See is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk’s Dispute Resolution Practice. His practice focuses on complex and high-stakes commercial disputes, often involving the law of agency, contract, trust and equity, unjust enrichment, fraud, fiduciary duties, corporate governance, and joint venture. Martin has litigated matters before the Singapore Court of Appeal and the General Division and Appellate Division of the High Court, including in one of the highest-value disputes in Singapore’s litigation history. Martin is also experienced in international and domestic arbitrations conducted under the rules of major arbitral institutions and other forms of dispute resolution.  

 

Martin is a recognised leader in his field, having been named in numerous publications, including Benchmark Litigation, Asian Legal Business and Singapore Business Review. His scholarly contributions include helping with the publication of two leading textbooks on contract law in Singapore and the development of Singapore jurisprudence. Martin read law at the National University of Singapore, graduating with First Class Honours and numerous accolades.
