Following a successful JAMS arbitration, the former CEO voluntarily dismissed a 13-count derivative complaint filed against the company and over 50 stakeholder defendants. After the CEO sought indemnification in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Ms. Dubatowka negotiated a favorable settlement for a fraction of the alleged damages.
