Ms. Melissa Feng is a seasoned lawyer with 20 years of expertise with focuses on cross-border litigation and commercial arbitration. She specializes in trade finance (including letters of credit, demand (independent) guarantees/SBLCs, factoring, forfeiting and other trade financing products), international trade, equity acquisitions and international construction contracts.

- As Team Leader, represented a domestic trading company in a series of parallel proceedings with a UK company, including: a CIETAC arbitration, the set-aside proceedings of the arbitral award in China, recognition and enforcement proceedings in the UK, injunction proceedings regarding related cargo before a Houston court in the US, and an L/C fraud litigation before a Chinese court.
- As Team Leader, represented a SOE in an EPC contract dispute with Owner in an ICC arbitration seated in Singapore, the related demand guarantee dispute in a Chinese court and the same parallel proceedings in New York court
- As Team Leader, representing a BVI company and its shareholder in a series of corporate control disputes with its executives and shareholders, including litigation before BVI courts, CIETAC arbitration, and litigation before Chinese courts.
