Mr. YAN Mingcheng used to serve at the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau from 2004 to 2013 and was specialised in investigating economic and financial criminal offences.

• Represented China Resources First Washington Power Co., Ltd. in its arbitration case of a dispute over a Sino-foreign joint venture contract at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, involving approximately RMB 300 million
• Represented COFCO Futures Co., Ltd. in the arbitrations brought before the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration regarding disputes over bond pledge agreements, with the disputed amount being over RMB 400 million
• Represented Win Win International Strategic Investment Funds SPC, the subsidiary of Zhongtai Financial International Limited, in a litigation regarding a dispute over a deed of guarantee, with the disputed amount being about RMB 250 million
• Represented Shenzhen CITIC Assets Management Co., Ltd. (as executive partner of Shenzhen Zhongrui Taixin No.3 Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)) in an arbitration brought before the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration regarding a dispute over a payment of balance agreement, with the disputed amount being about RMB 1 billion
• Represented Cheer Hope Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of CCB International (Holdings) Limited, in a litigation regarding a dispute over a deed of guarantee, with the disputed amount being over USD 100 million
