Molly Jennings

Molly Jennings is a partner in WilmerHale's Litigation Department and a trusted advisor to clients facing complex, multi-front consumer-protection disputes that threaten opportunities for future growth and innovation. She regularly defends the world's leading technology companies in sprawling class actions, litigation brought by state attorneys general, and actions before administrative courts.

Her work crosses a range of substantive areas, including privacy, consumer protection, antitrust, anti-discrimination, the False Claims Act, and the Administrative Procedure Act. Molly considers her clients true partners, working closely with them to navigate the substantive and logistical challenges inherent to large-scale litigation. She also represents colleges and universities in potential consumer-protection disputes, from investigations and litigation under anti-discrimination laws to advocacy before institutional and programmatic accreditors.

Molly has won summary judgment in a monopolization class action seeking more than $2 trillion in damages, secured dismissal of multiple civil RICO class actions arising from the “Varsity Blues” scandal, and obtained complete dismissal of a COPPA lawsuit against a major technology company.

Molly has been recognized as a next-generation leader both inside and outside the firm. Within the firm, she mentors extensively and is a regular participant in hiring. She received Corporate Counsel’s Next-Generation Leader award in 2026 in recognition of her exceptional professional achievements, high-stakes contributions to the firm, and strong commitment to developing future talent.

Molly earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and holds a B.A. in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis. She clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
