Natalie Goulard is a partner at Spiegel Ryan, where she practices in the areas of tax litigation and tax dispute resolution. With decades of experience, she is recognized as a leading figure in Canadian tax law.

Before joining Spiegel Ryan, Ms. Goulard held partner positions at two national law firms, after working for more than 20 years as senior legal counsel in the Tax Litigation Branch of the Department of Justice Canada. She has in-depth expertise in the General Anti-Avoidance Rule (GAAR), transfer pricing, and the interpretation of tax laws and tax treaties. She assists her clients in complex, high-stakes cases at both the provincial and federal levels.
