Patrick Fitzpatrick practices in dispute resolution and business law. He skillfully handles contractual disputes, intellectual property litigation, insurance defence, and more. With a rich legal background, including time as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada, Mr. Fitzpatrick brings a wealth of experience to the table.
Patrick has shared his knowledge and experience as an Instructor at the Canadian Centre for Professional Legal Education and as a Speaker and Panelist at various Canadian Bar Association events. Outside of the office, he is former president of a local golf club and a former director of several organizations, including Winnipeg Crime Stoppers and the Autism Calgary Association.
A proud member of the Canadian Bar Association, Patrick has been recognized as a Litigation Star by Benchmark Canada for his outstanding legal abilities. He has a long track record of excellence, dating back to his time at the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law, when he was named gold medallist in his graduating class. He returned to the school as a part-time Sessional Instructor, prior to relocating to Alberta.
