Biography
Priyanka Timblo has established a name for herself as a leading trial lawyer in high-stakes commercial cases nationwide. On the plaintiff side, she has achieved eight- and nine-figure judgments for her clients, including a $101 million jury verdict against Walmart in federal court in Arkansas, and a $69.8 million award for the investment fund Melody against former hedge fund billionaire Philip Falcone. On the defense side, Priyanka represents household names in finance and technology, including Visa and Valve, in bet-the-company antitrust litigation. In many of these matters, Priyanka plays a lead role in the courtroom as the examining lawyer for multiple witnesses while also helping drive litigation strategy.

In March 2025, a federal judge affirmed a $101 million jury verdict against Walmart and increased the award to $125 million in post-judgment proceedings. Priyanka served as co-lead trial counsel for London Luxury, a small home goods company, in a 10-day jury trial involving breach of contract claims. She examined five trial witnesses, including four hostile or cross-examined Walmart witnesses. The verdict is among the largest ever obtained in Arkansas.

Currently, Priyanka serves as co-lead trial counsel for Valve Corporation in mass antitrust arbitrations involving allegations concerning pricing and distribution restrictions on the Steam platform under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act.

She is also a member of the HSG trial team representing Visa in litigation brought by some of the world’s largest retailers challenging Visa network rules.

In 2025, Priyanka negotiated a favorable settlement in a multi-million-dollar breach-of-contract dispute for a founding partner of a luxury day spa shortly before trial. In 2023, she secured a $69.8 million award for Melody Business Finance against Philip Falcone, helping obtain approximately 99% of the amount sought, including attorneys’ fees.

Priyanka has also been active in antitrust thought leadership and has presented at the ABA Antitrust Spring Meeting, including discussions regarding cross-jurisdictional class actions and antitrust issues involving artificial intelligence.

She has participated in ALM’s Women, Influence & Power in Law conference, moderated discussions on negotiation skills, and delivered presentations on leadership and advancement in the legal profession.

At HSG, Priyanka serves on the Hiring Committee and has held leadership roles with the National Women’s Law Center and the New York City Bar Association’s Associate Leadership Institute. Her pro bono work includes civil rights litigation and immigration appeals.
